A marketing Pod is a blended marketing team consisting of three individuals with distinct marketing skills; these are Strategic Marketing Direction/Leadership, Creative/Design and Delivery. Each team consists of experienced marketers enabled by Proven’s comprehensive marketing resources and proprietary methodology.
With our standard plans, your team will be based in our offices but thanks to our technology and working practices it will feel like they are just sat in a different room.
The only additional fees you will incur are for third party costs. Examples of this could include Print, Advertising, Exhibition Fees, Web Hosting and Specialist Creative. All additional fees will be agreed with you in advance and invoiced to you separately.
We pride ourselves on not being clock watchers but we typically expect to undertake up to 4.5 hours per week of marketing support. This is a blended time of the whole team. Each team members time is weighted depending on their role.

We provide all our clients with access to a dedicated marketing helpdesk. This means you can speak to your dedicated team whenever you need to; this could be just to ask a question, get an update on progress or brief in a piece of work.
Our help desks are open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. We also offer an out of hours emergency support service.

Provided via Monday.com we will give you access to your own dedicated marketing planning portal for your in house team to interact with your marketing pod. In the portal, we can plan, co-ordinate and structure your marketing.
Squiggle allows us to turn your entire in-house team’s email activity into a powerful marketing channel. Through Squiggle we can control every email signature in your business ensuring brand consistency. Most importantly though we can distribute marketing banners and calls to action via every email you send and as such we can turn every email into a marketing opportunity.
We provide Squiggle free to all clients with an active marketing pod subscription. The number of users licences provided varies depending on your businesses subscription. If you cancel your subscription then you will become directly liable for the fees. Additional user licences can be purchased.
Squiggle currently supports Microsoft Outlook for Windows computers and Apple Mail for Apple computers. Web-based email accounts such as Gmail for Gsuite are currently not supported.
Doing marketing depends upon having the right tools in place. HubSpot provides a powerful suite of tools in order to deploy your marketing. We believe that having such tools in place is vital and as such, HubSpot Marketing Starter Hub (up to 1000 contacts) and HubSpot CRM is included as a standard component within our packages (subject to certain terms and conditions).
The cost of HubSpot Marketing Starter Hub (at £42 per month) & CRM (Up to 1000 contacts) will be discounted against your Proven Subscription each month for 12 months. Your business will pay the HubSpot subscription directly to HubSpot and your business will also be required to enter into a service contract with HubSpot. If you exceed 1000 contacts additional fees are payable to HubSpot and will not be discounted against your Proven Subscription. If you terminate your Proven Subscription before the end of the 12 month period you will need to continue to make payments to HubSpot until the end of your service contract with HubSpot. You are responsible for cancelling your HubSpot services should you choose to do so. Proven accepts no liability for the payment of your HubSpot services.
