We are Proven. A fast-growing strategic and creative agency based in Exeter and we’re on the lookout for an Account Manager – someone who loves working with clients, taking on new projects, scoping them out, and providing direction, and delivering great results on time and on budget.
There will be plenty of scope to grow in this role, but you will need to possess a confident ability to manage without being micromanaged. You don’t have to be a perfectionist but it helps and likewise, the ability to keep one eye on the detail and another on the bigger picture is essential.
If you are motivated, highly organised, client-focused, experienced in managing projects and client relationships then we want to hear from you.
Ideally, we would love someone who has agency or client-side experience. However, if you have Account/Project management experience within other industries, but have a creative flair, then we would welcome your application.
Working closely with the Directors, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, and the admin of daily account activities for a varied portfolio.
You’ll manage workloads, prioritising and delivering projects within agreed deadlines, along with providing clients with a high level of strategic support and ensuring that project objectives are met.
